Portugal-France Chemistry Award

Professor Filipa Ribeiro from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) has been awarded the 2024 Portugal-France Chemistry Bilateral Award by the French Chemical Society (SCF).

Upon receiving this prestigious recognition, Prof. Ribeiro expressed gratitude to her French collaborators: "This honor reflects not only my work, but the support and mentorship from remarkable French researchers with whom I've had the privilege to collaborate."

The award, jointly established by Portuguese and French chemical societies, celebrates outstanding contributions to cross-border scientific partnership.
